Questions
Does Callwick hold my money?
No. Your funds stay with your broker. Callwick connects with trade-only permissions, and we reject API keys that can withdraw.
Can the AI lose all my money?
Every order, from the AI or from a strategy, passes through a risk engine that enforces your limits: max position size, daily loss, max drawdown and trading hours. The AI cannot change or bypass them. A breached limit stops the bot and Wick calls you.
Is profit guaranteed?
No. No bot or AI can guarantee profit. Start in paper mode, backtest honestly, and only trade money you can afford to lose.
Which countries can Wick call?
Most countries, including the Caribbean, North America, the UK and Europe. Calls to some international numbers use included minutes faster; the app shows the rate before you enable calls.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page in two taps. Annual plans get two months free.
